Black, White & Ruffled All Over

Some days getting dressed for work is a challenge. However, on the days when I have new clothes or accessories to wear, I feel invigorated and can't wait to put together my outfit and show off my new purchases. Today was one of those days of pure excitement! After stumbling upon the site Goodnight Macaroon, I fell in love with this top and couldn't wait to get it in the mail. As I anxiously awaited its arrival, I plotted what I would wear it with and the number of ways I could style it.

This look is the first of many that are to come, I'm sure. This outfit came together in my head perfectly! With the striped pattern and ruffled hemline, I felt like the top should be the showstopping piece to the outfit. Therefore I paired it with black coated skinnies, nude heels and sparkling accessories to complete today's look.

I must also admit, not only have I fallen in love with this shirt, but Goodnight Macaroon might be one of my new favorite go-to's. There are several things I'd like to add to my fashion arsenal, like this fantastic striped dress or this draped wrap top.What do you think of this look?       I think black and white stripes have taken over my closet and now I consider them to be a neutral that match with so many things.

    Im trying to order this item now, can you tell me what size you ordered? Some people say to size up, other say to size down. Please help. Im 5'7" 125lbs.

      Hey girl! I ordered a size M. I'm 5'5" and about 140 lbs. hopefully this helps. I felt like the M was a perfect fit and length for me.
