Let It Go {And Show Your Personal Style}

I'll admit I've not always been as eager as I am now to try out new styles and trends, but anymore I'm excited to branch out of my comfort zone and experiment with trends while adding new pieces to my style arsenal. I've truly "Let It Go" as the t-shirt phrase reads. I've let go of a lot of insecurities as I've grown into my style and I couldn't be more excited.

The phrase "Let It Go" may appear to be from the Disney movie Frozen, but it hits a little closer to home for me. My sister Bailey–who passed away in 2011 from Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL)–made this phrase her mantra, inspiring those around her to let it go and be appreciative of even the small things in life. Naturally you'll understand why I can't help but gravitate to anything that says this phrase. It puts a smile on my face just thinking of her. While Bailey is no longer with us, her legacy lives on in her foundation, the Bailey R. Moore Foundation. Enjoy this my outfit of the day and hopefully a small piece of my story can inspire you to "Let it go, B Moore".
(Excuse the blurry hand, we were having a moment with the wind.)

  1. Thank you for sharing that story about your sister- she had such a positive attitude! I'm sure this shirt reminds you of her. :) You styled it super cute, too! Love the olive skinnies with it.

    1. Thank you Ashley! She had quite the powerful message for someone who was only 14 at the time. As you can see, I can't quit wearing these pants. They are my go-to!
