Fall Orchard Fun

Last week I had the pleasure of using some vacation days to take a week off of work. While most of the week was spent running errands, Jarrod and I did get the opportunity to go to our favorite apple orchard, Anderson Orchard.

Let me just say that when I go to the orchard, I do not pick apples. Let's face it, there is nothing I fear more in life than bees, plus, there are so many different kinds, it's a little overwhelming. So, I just head to the store up front and grab a half a peck of Jonathan apples, along with a cider slushy, and I'm ready for the real reason I came to the orchard.

That reason is the view in the pictures above, located at the back of the orchard. The Fall colors and the rows of apple trees are just beyond gorgeous. For this outing, I chose traditional Fall staples, burgundy, plaid, a denim jacket, and booties. Unfortunately, it started to rain when we took these pictures so my hair looks kind of awful, but we had a great time anyway!

    And I'm with you, babe- apple orchards are for photoshoots, not actual picking! Ha! Gimme a grocery store anyyyyyyday!

    What a fun trip! Glad you got some days off to enjoy with the hubs. I love your jeans and how you have styled them. I am not a huge colored jeans fan outside of burgundy, but I really want a pair of them!
