Pop, Fizz, Cheers to 2014!

It's hard to believe that the year is already coming to an end! We were so excited to start our blog in 2013 and have really enjoyed getting to know all of our fellow style bloggers. This year especially has brought many great things to Regally Soled and we think there is no better time than the present to reflect. Here's a look back at some of our favorite looks from 2014!

We're so thankful to not only our readers, but also to all the bloggers who host the linkups that allow us to share our posts and get to know other bloggers with a love of fashion –– and are equally thankful to have been chosen numerous (17 times to be exact, not that we're counting) times as featured bloggers of the week. We're additionally grateful to the brands that have recognized us as style influencers and given us the opportunity to represent their products on Regally Soled. We are so excited for the New Year and can't wait to continue building lasting relationships in the blogosphere. We raise our glass to you and can't wait to inspire you in 2015 as much as you inspired us this past year!

Playing With Prints

Top: Target (similar) | Blazer: Olsenboye | Coated Denim: Aeropostale (similar) |
Scarf: Scarves.net | Flats: Steve Madden | Arrow Bangles: Target |
Watch: Akribos XXIV | Earrings: Forever 21

So I have a love for mixing prints. It just has a "breaking the rules" kind of feel to it, don't you think? In this instance, I paired my fave - leopard - with black and white stripes, coated denim, studded suede flats, a wool scarf and a bright red lip for a day at the office. It was a last minute, "I have no idea what I'm going to wear today and I'm running out of time to decide" outfit but I really loved it!

How was everyone's Christmas?? I'm super excited to sport my new jewels, clothes and accessories on the blog in 2015!

We Heart Christmas Night & Day

Ahh, Christmas...the one time of year where the uglier your outfit the better. Serious props to whoever designed these beauties in 1993 because all of these original once-stylish sweaters have hit the holiday style scene in a big way. So what better way to ring in the Christmas season–outfitted in ugly Christmas sweaters of course! We decided to make this year's look extra special by upping the Christmas cheer by adding reindeer and snowflake leggings from White Plum to the mix. Can we also add that we'll be rocking these leggings on Christmas day because they are the softest, most comfortable things ever. End of story.

Stylin' in a Winter Wonderland

After our ugly sweater outing, we continued to celebrate the holiday season at our company's Christmas party–complete with a feather embellished dress and sequin leggings. We both searched high and low for the perfect festive look and these totally were on point.

Winter Warmth

Wearing – Top: Nordstrom | Leggings: Lysse |Vest: eBay |
Necklace: Bauble Bar {only $20 right now!} Bracelets: Tiffany & Co; David Yurman
Watch: Michael Kors | Shoes: Joe's {similar}

Snow and falling temps call for warmer pieces, and in my case, lotsa layers! Let's be honest, I'd love to hibernate in my house and cozy up in sweatpants and a thermal until the weather breaks. However, since becoming a bear doesn't appear to be a promising career in my future, I guess I'll continue my full-time gig as a PR Manager.

So how do I stay warm during the winter months? One word, layers. I have a closet full of coats, very warm coats. What do I do? I carry my coats instead of wearing them–logical right? What can I say, I never professed myself to be a genius by any means. So in place of my coat, I find that layers are my best friend, which is exactly what I did with this look. Vests are my best friend in the winter, and you can't go wrong with a furry one. Tanks, long sleeves and bulky sweaters all help keep this non-coat wearing girl perfectly cold and ready to take on winter.

Is there anyone out there who, like me, loves coats but hates wearing them!? I just can't stand how I feel like the stay-puff marshmallow man in them, and then fight with getting them off in the car.

Holidays with Class

Wearing – Blazer: AE {old} | Tank: Pitaya {old} | Jeans: Old Navy | Shoes: Guess {old} |
Bracelets: White House Black Market {sold out}, Olive + Piper {sold out} |
Necklaces: Layered & Long {custom order} | Watch: c/o Daniel Wellington

Friends–we are days away from Christmas at this point, and this girl couldn't be more thrilled! I love everything about the holiday season and while I'm always sad about how quickly the time flies, I'm even more excited to bring out my elf-self and deliver gifts to my loved ones. But before we can get to the gift-giving, can we talk about holiday style? In my opinion, a blazer and chic top are always a classic style appropriate for Christmas with the family. One exception to this rule is Christmas day where pajamas are a must!

With the classic, tailored look of a blazer, you have to have classic, chic accessories along with it which is why the Daniel Wellington Lady Sheffield watch fits perfectly with this look. You've seen me tout this watch in this post and this one, but to really get the feel of this watch you need to try it for yourself. To help sweeten this deal, Daniel Wellington is offering our readers 15% off this holiday season. On top of free worldwide shipping, enter the code holiday_regallysoled to receive a discount on your purchase. Also if you purchase a second strap, you can receive free gift wrapping too! Seriously a great deal for such a classic timepiece.

Happy holiday's my fellow stylish friends!

Have I ever told you how much I love Christmas? Even on casual days, I like being festive during the holiday season! This casual look incorporates subtle hints of seasonal-inspiration: green plaid, faux fur, sparkly gold accessories, and a red lip. What more could you want for a mid-December day at the office?

Early next week Jaime and I will be sharing our fancy-schmancy holiday looks as we have our company Christmas party this Friday. Stay tuned for feathers, sparkles and more!
