A Touch of Spring

Whether the weather wants to cooperate or not, this girl is starting to incorporate the feel of spring into her wardrobe, and I'm starting with a bright pink t-shirt, striped moto jacket and grey skinnies. Perfect plan right? It was until Mother Nature decided to be super awesome and dump 8+ inches of snow on us. Yeah, super fun! The only person enjoying the snow is my pup, Lola, who loves running and dive bombing into the piles of snow. She's even a pro at shoveling the driveway, if you consider a pro-shoveler someone who rips the shovel out of my hand and carries it down the driveway. I can't even do anything but laugh because it's hilarious.

Enjoy this somewhat springtime look and hopefully we all get a break of frigid temps and snow!

    Happy Monday! I totally agree, whether the weather agrees or not, it's time to start easing into spring with our clothes.

      Thanks Alissa! I'm totally breaking out my bright colors. I'm sick of winter, snow and dreary days. Bring on the warm weather!

    I love that striped blazer! I've been looking for one for myself for a long time but can't find one that I absolutely love.

      I bought this one shortly before a trip to Italy and I love it, but the one I linked to in the post is definitely a close second!

    The pop of pink is perfect! I agree - I have started to wear my spring clothes even though the temps are still below freezing.
