Firecracker Cookies
1 box of french vanilla cake mix 16.5 oz1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
1/2 c vegetable oil
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 c sprinkles
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium size bowl, combine cake mix and baking powder. In small bowl, mix eggs, oil and vanilla extract. Add wet ingredients to dry mixture and stir to combine. Add in sprinkles, Drop by spoonfuls onto baking sheets and bake for 10-14 minutes.
And that's it! They're pretty, patriotic and oh so delicious! Happy Memorial Day, everyone!
