Why do these pictures look so horrendous? That is the million dollar question.

So, I didn't have my camera on hand and opted for iPhone photos - but still, they shouldn't look this bad (can you say grain city?!). Perhaps it's smog wafting off the White River behind me, I just can't say.

Anyway, this outfit was WAY too good not to share so please suffer through the awfulness with me and enjoy the cuteness of the look itself. I wore this to dinner downtown last Friday evening and am absolutely in love with it! I scored this top from SheIn, which seems to be my go-to retailer this summer, and knew it needed a strappy top to go underneath. This Forever 21 crop top fit the bill perfectly. The best part? Both pieces are uber cheap!

I would have loved to re-create this look for better photos but I sent the spiked necklace back in my Rocksbox so that amazing little detail is no longer in my possession, wah! But hey, you can buy it here for half off!

    adorable outfit! I love it! The photos are probably grainy because it's cloudy out and iphones can have trouble when it's in that kind of lighting (in my experience). They do best with full light, unfortunately. That said, you still look great - love those shoes and the cross top look!
