Why isn't playing dress up considered a career? Oh wait a second it totally is, but this girl is far too short to be someone's model. I seriously had so much fun getting ready for our blogiversary photos. It's amazing what a little extra prep time for makeup and hair can do for your self confidence, and by extra time I mean I took 35 minutes applying my makeup. #nojudging Now if only I could force myself out of bed at 5:00 AM every day, I'd be set! Who am I kidding, I can barely get ready as it is and I shower at night, so that's never going to happen.

If you read yesterday's post, you saw that another local-blogger / photog extraordinaire, Kelli Bastin of Big Hair & Foodie Fare took our photos, and we loved every single minute of it. Having an real photographer take your photos is definitely way better than our usual process of guessing locations, lighting, time, etc.
