I have so much fun finding gifts for my friends and family that I seriously should consider a career change. I just really enjoy spoiling people with presents. Hmmm...does this look familiar?? When I saw this blue and white gingham peplum at Old Navy a few weeks ago, I knew it absolutely needed to be worn with red shoes. I clearly had The Wizard of Oz on the brain without even realizing it, right down to the yellow brick road stone path. Apparently, Dorothy and I are kindred spirits – I mean, I totally dig her travel style. While there were no tornadoes, witches or flying monkeys (but a flying pterodactyl - AKA a hornet - did nearly carry me away. Who says a girl can't run in heels?!) encountered on this particular day, this outfit was still super fun. Plus, I totally feel like I live in Oz most days of my life so it works.

When Meijer sent us some products to try, we quickly became attached to quite a few and knew that we needed to share them with you all! First up – this Amope Pedi Perfect Wet & Dry system. Seriously ladies, sandals season is upon us and this thing is an absolute must-have for getting pretty feet at home. It's so easy to use and rechargeable which is super nice! Not only is it sandals season but shorts season - this Gillette Venus Swirl has a flex ball to move around areas such as knees and ankles that typically lead to knicks and cuts. Last Wednesday I returned from a week long stay in Puerto Vallarta–which you probably wouldn't have known unless you follow me on Instagram. Terrible doesn't even begin to describe how awful I am when it comes to taking outfit photos on vacation. It's pretty safe to say that while I did wear a few cute things, my vacations are more about relaxation than blogging. Sorry friends! After returning, I  worked a few days and then headed up to the lake and happened to stop into Elysian Co. while I was there to check out their spring clothing and accessories. I fell in love with so many pieces!

What do you do when you get a cute new camo tee from Target and you want to wear it work? You throw on a blazer and heels and have yourself a trendy yet comfy look for the office. Note: Wearing camo to work does not help you blend into your surroundings and hide from your co-workers. I know, I tried.

I'm checking off lots of boxes with this post…blush, check; windowpane plaid, check; animal print, check; layered bracelets, check, check and check. All of my favorites wrapped into one blog post, and when that happens, blog photos are necessary.

It's no secret that I'm a huge cat lover. Knowing this about me and forever trying to "theme" my birthday gifts, Jaime got me this adorable Meow or Never tee from Tees and Tank You (she's the best birthday-tshirt-buyer ever, remember this one she got me last year??). I knew it was meant to be styled with ripped white skinnies, a light denim jacket and my pink TOMS but I can imagine wearing it so many different ways! Of course, the look wasn't complete without some super fun cat eye sunnies from Elysian Co. Quay Australia sunglasses are my go-to right now, I seriously want every single pair!

Earlier this year when I discovered that they were opening a CycleBar right near our office, I was so excited! Seriously, I scared the crap out of Jaime when I started squealing with delight while she was driving through the busy shopping center during the lunch hour, ha! I am a self-proclaimed spin fanatic and have always thought CycleBar looked like an amazing experience, but there wasn't a convenient location for me to try. I was even more ecstatic when they hosted a contest giving away 100 free rides and guess who won?! ME.

Seriously, say that title three times fast, it's definitely a tongue-twister. I originally bought this H&M sweater mainly because I liked the color, but had about zero ideas of how I could wear it. I've been seeing bright sweaters like this on some of my other favorite bloggers and I thought I'd give it a whirl. Turns out, I really love this color duo and it was perfect for the sunny spring day–when we actually had warm weather, unlike now, where the temps are back to the 30's. Thanks Indiana, real cool.

You know your life is super boring when your spring beauty haul basically consists of anti-aging skin products, but hey, 15% off at Sephora is an amazing deal that you can't pass up. Instead of loading my cart with more eye palettes that will sit unused–seriously, my stash is ridiculous–I chose to stick with the basics and get items that I have already incorporated into my routine...and two newbies I've been wanting to try.

I've always been a fan of overalls - always. Just ask my mom, she'd tell you how much I loved my "bohveralls" when I was little. Now I add some heels and a blazer or a tee and some Converse and I have an instant outfit. I'd been searching for a new pair for some time but refused to pay some of the high prices that are out there and that's when I found this adorable pair on Amazon. Winner, winner!

This girl...this girl loves stripes, but I think that's pretty obvious considering my past OOTD's seen here, here and here. However, with my overabundance of striped tops and skirts, I never seem to be able to pass them up. My personal favorite, black and white. The stark contrast totally draws me in and I love how well it pairs with pops of colors–mainly seen in my shoe selection.

There's a whole lot of a 'P' going on here. Pastel. Plaid. Peplum. Pink. Peach. Purple. Regardless, it's cute and the lighter colors have me dreaming of warmer weather - it was absolutely freezing when we took these photos!!

Wearing florals in the spring isn't groundbreaking style by any means. It never fails though, every year when the weather warms up, I want to break away from winter clothes and wear floral patterns and an overall lighter color palette. This Free People top I picked up at Elysian Co a few weeks ago is definitely a hybrid mix between winter hues and spring florals and I'm all to happy to wear it.
