I'm not going to lie, I've been super lazy lately when it comes to getting dressed in the morning. I've found myself stocking up on dresses because its a comfy, all-in-one outfit that does not require putting on pants. See, I told you I was lazy!

In the midst of everyone going crazy over Starbucks' "Pink Drink" Jaime and I decided to shake things up (yeah, we're wild) and try the Cool Lime Refresher with coconut milk and it is just as delicious. It took everything in me not to suck it down during this photo shoot.


I came across this dress at TJ Maxx a few weeks ago and fell in love with its shape (although it ended up being a little shorter than I would have liked). Shirt dresses have a feminine quality that I just love and you can never go wrong with stripes! This would also go great with a white fedora and wedges for a dinner date – the possibilities are endless! I've linked to some similar options below for your shopping convenience. OH! And I also scored these metallic jelly sandals at DSW for under $15 (they also come in gold)!

TJ Maxx has been my go-to lately for new pieces because its just so affordable! It also helps when you've won the #Maxxinista Contest on Instagram twice this year (for this post and this post) and therefore earned gift cards to go back and shop some more! :)

    I too have been getting lazy getting dressed in the morning, maybe it is the heat. I find always turn to a dress or romper. One and done, and still a polished look. Love this look!

    Nicely styled! I have yet to brave a shirt dress, but you've inspired me to try. I wonder if I could pass off a pair of short white shorts that go just past the length of the dress an inch or two?? Maybe not, but one could try.
