Kiehl's Comes to Indianapolis

What's better than good skincare? Trick question. When it comes to beauty, there is nothing better than good skincare. Taking proper care of your skin is the foundation to any makeup routine and can make or break your look. As you can see, we take our skincare seriously and were very excited to have been invited to the grand opening of Kiehl's Indianapolis location at the Fashion Mall last week.

Kiehl's products have been sold at Saks Fifth Avenue for years, but having a whole store dedicated this this amazing skincare line is mah-jor. Not only can you rack up coveted points in their rewards program, but you can have a complete personalized experience from start to finish. From finding the right products to address your skincare needs to sampling new lines and old favorites, this store has it all! From the moment you walk in the door, you'll find your eyes scanning floor to ceiling with fabulous products lining the shelves of every corner of the store.

As part of their grand opening, we received a goodie bag containing the newly launched Midnight Recovery Cleansing Oil, Midnight Recovery Eye Treatment and the classic, Calendula & Aloe Soothing Hydration Masque. After falling in love with the Midnight Recovery Concentrate a few years ago, we were pumped to be able to try out the cleansing oil and the eye treatment. We're super happy to report the cleansing oil works well for both of our skin types (normal and oily) and leaves our skin feeling hydrated and not the slightest bit oily. We couldn't wait to dig into the masque and try it out (which actually happened the moment we got home). With the weather in Indiana being stuck in permanent PMS mode, our skin has gone a little haywire. Thankfully this masque helped to balance everything out and we were left with supple, hydrated skin.

After snagging some of our coveted favorites–avocado eye creme and Clearly Corrective Hydrating Moisture Emulsion–we chatted with some blogger pals and headed out for the evening. All in all–welcome to Indianapolis, Kiehl's! I'm sure we'll be seeing you far too frequently.
